Delete your account or your data

This page is for the Laktic Pace Calculator app by Laktic (Android, iPhone, and the web version at lakticrunning.com). An account is optional in the app. If you created one, you can remove it yourself in under a minute.

Delete your account (in the app)

Open Laktic Pace Calculator and make sure you are signed in (the account bar shows your name).
Tap the Roster tab.
In the account area at the top of the Roster section, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

The same steps work on the web version at lakticrunning.com.

If you also use Laktic Running with the same login, deleting here removes only the Pace Calculator data; your Laktic Running account is kept.

Delete your account (by request)

If you can no longer open the app, email support@lakticrunning.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Laktic Pace Calculator account". We will delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Athletes: in the Roster tab, tap an athlete and choose Remove. The athlete is hidden from the roster on every signed-in device immediately, and the cloud record is purged within 30 days.
Your PR and preferences: these live only on your device and are not synced. Clear the PR field in the Paces tab, or turn "Show base paces" off.
Everything on this phone only: sign out, then uninstall the app or clear its storage in your phone settings. Your cloud data is kept until you delete the account.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted immediately when you delete your account:

Your email address, name (if your sign-in provider shared it), and account identifier.
Your cloud roster: athlete names, groups, PR distances, PR times, training ages.
Any waitlist entry or feedback tied to your account.

Kept: nothing on our side. There is no retention period. We keep no separate backups of your account data.

Not affected: data saved on your own device (your local roster and settings). Remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
